Been having trouble with my library games ain’t showing

So this problem has been going on for a week now. I can't view my owned games and even gamepass games won't show. I tried the Xbox store but that's barely working. Everything is also loading really, really slow. I did the norm from restarting the console to actually resetting it. Did the same with my internet so I know its not my console nor my internet. Please tell me someone is having the same issue?
