I’m new to this subreddit so I apologize if this has been addressed 2,378 times already but I recently got a custom Xbox Series X Design Lab controller with my gamertag engraved on it. I’ve had it about a month and it’s been a fantastic controller. Unfortunately though, the “engraving” is gone now. Is this something that happens? Can an “engraving” rub off after a month? Talk about disappointing! By the way, I’m putting “engraving” in quotes because it’s clearly not actually engraved. It’s printed. I got my son one about 3 years ago and his is still there. So what’s going on here?
