Hello guys this is my first time getting this kind of quests and im curious about how to do it the right way, i already read the steps but still kinda ambiguous so did anyone got this before ? and manage to get the reward ?.

The thing is im not sure when do i need to start the quest considering the date they stated is 9/10 what does it mean exactly ?, thanks in advance.
