Starting a new gacha game can sometimes be a daunting experience. That’s where our Guardian Tales tier list comes in! This guide ranks all characters in the gacha RPG from S tier to D tier to help you decide who to save your pulls for.
Guardian Tales is a gacha RPG that draws inspiration from classic Legend of Zelda titles. You still collect characters like normal, but the game plays out across a number of 2D isometric levels, with you actively participating in combat. There are puzzles to solve, myriad bosses to defeat, and traps to navigate across a wide variety of game modes. If you’re into retro games, you’ll be right at home here.

What Each Tier Means
S Tier: The best characters to obtain at the moment – it’s best to try to get one of these characters as soon as possible to help carry your teamA Tier: If you don’t have an S tier character right now, that’s okay! Characters in A tier are also brilliant options for your partyB Tier: These characters aren’t the best in terms of abilities and stats, but they do a decent enough job – don’t be ashamed to place one of these characters in your party for nowC Tier: Characters in C-tier are usually only useful at the start of the game – swap them out as soon as you can though!D Tier: Don’t even bother trying to upgrade or utilise these characters

How Often is This Tier List Updated?
This tier list will be updated as soon as a brand-new character is added to Guardian Tales. It will take a little bit of time to rank the character after their release, but we aim to get them into the tier list as soon as possible. You can also expect to see frequent updates to this tier list as and when the game receives patch updates. Due to the nature of patch updates, characters can receive a nerf or a buff, meaning they can move up or down a tier list over time.
