Itel S23 affordable smartphone launched in India: Check Price, Specs, Availability

       

Itel recently unveiled a new budget smartphone in India. The Itel S23 is the latest affordable smartphone from the company and debuts in India’s sub-10K segment, where it will take on the Realme Narzo N53, Redmi 12C, Redmi A2+, and Samsung Galaxy F04, among others.

The Itel S23 arrives with a super-smooth display, an octa-core chipset, a fingerprint reader, dual rear cameras, and a colour changing back panel. Now, let’s look at the Itel S23 pricing and availability in India.

Itel S23 Price in India

The Itel S23 price in India is set at Rs 8,799 for the 8GB/128GB model. The Itel S23 will also come in a 4GB/128GB configuration but pricing and availability it is yet to be announced, although Itel has confirmed that it will be available through retail outlets.

The Itel S23 will be available for purchase starting June 14 through Amazon India. The handset is offered in two colours – Mystery White and Starry Black colour options. Now, moving on to the Itel S23 specifications.

The Itel S23 is powered by the Unisoc T606 SoC paired with the Mali-G57 GPU. The chip is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage that is expandable via a microSD card. Additionally, up to 8GB of unused storage can be utilised as virtual RAM.

For optics, the Itel S23 gets a dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and a secondary AI lens. Up front, the phone opts for an 8 MP selfie camera. The handset also sports a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate.

The Itel S23 also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W (USB Type-C) charging support. Itel’s new budget smartphone also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a headphone jack, and more. It runs on Android 12 out of the box. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Dual SIM, and more.
