Simply broke by itself

I purchased this controller in Could of final 12 months. 3 month guarantee. 2 months handed after the tip of the guarantee. Taking part in the character began taking pictures alone (RT). The sensor is oscillating on a regular basis (I noticed it on the PC). Microsoft mentioned it might't do something. I took it to a technical help and he knowledgeable that it’s a brief on the board and there’s no resolution. Has anybody had this drawback and managed to resolve it? It's absurd to pay $500 (native forex) for a controller and it merely fails.
