When I was a kid, I used to play this tower defense game where your character is in the middle shooting zombies, you have full control whether they'll shoot straight, left, or right. I used to play it in my android tablet which I lost. There was clowns and other stuff and I'm pretty sure you can change your guns too. There's also a stage where you're in the white house. It was 2d I think, and the zombies are cartoonish.
