Looking for a turn based artillery game!

I have been looking for a turn based artillery game I used to play on my old iPod touch from around 2010-2012.

(Not the screenshot attached but similar feel)

The game was one of those old school "tanks" style games where you and your buddies would take turns shooting and you could move slightly, only in this one you could customize your weapons. The weapons you could make got crazy!!! It's not pocket tanks or worms, and I have just been at such a loss on what it's called.
