Raspberry Pi RP2040 powers inch-sized TinyTV screen

They are made – as you can see in the video below – by Tiny Circuits. They were on KickStarter, successfully ($227,780 raised from 2,403 backers), and have now moved towards production.

And yes, they will be fully functional. You can adjust the volume and change between “channels”, either by turning the knobs on the TinyTV 2, or top buttons on the TinyTV Mini, or by using the Tiny Remote control. Precisely, the set measures 47.6mm x 36.6mm x 25.9mm, and the one-inch display supports 216×135 pixel displays.

It comes fully pre-assembled and pre-loaded with some videos, so you can just turn it on and start watching. But apparently you can also load your own videos via USB-C, or stream videos from a connected computer over USB.
