Hey everyone. Recently I have been having issues with hearing game or Xbox audio through my Steelseries 9X headset.
I’ve had the headset for four years now and they have been working perfectly, so rarely do I have any issues.
Recently, I stopped hearing any game or Xbox Home Screen audio despite my headset having been paired to the Xbox. I don’t believe it is a headset issue because they work perfectly when I use them though Bluetooth on my phone.
When I adjust the chat/game mixer on my headset, my Xbox does not recognize this change. In fact, the option to adjust those audio settings are grayed out for me.
I recently updated my controller and reset my audio settings from the settings tab, but nothing has worked so far.
