Blockchain.com detained me for $2000 and did not let me verify my account

When I verify my account I keep getting the error "Error: Cannot update the state". This error has been happening for over a year now and my account still hasn't been resolved.

All funds are in Trading Account and I have no way to transfer to another wallet, please help me transfer to another wallet if you know how I would be grateful
