Is the scale of the game Call of Dragons really that grand?

Yesterday, I saw a video on TikTok of a Chinese player and their alliance defeating a world boss, and it seemed like they achieved the "world's first kill". It feels like those MMORPG games such as WoW where you team up with your guild to fight bosses. But given that this is a strategy game, does that mean there are thousands of troops involved? Also, the streamer seemed to play it on a PC, but this seems to be a mobile game, right? Anyway, it will be nice to hear that it has PC version. It should be even more shocking to witness such a big scene on a bigger monitor I guess.
