My controller is having a aneurism

Since wensday i have been trying to find out how to solve this but i dont have any clue The controller itsefl works, but the light of the xbox button its not turn on, only the joysticks. triggers work and the xbox button work, I cant push A or B, sometimes the light of the xbox loco turns blue (I have to to turn it on Pink with my profile) If you could help, please
