Star Wars fans are gearing up for the release of Jedi: Survivor by the end of the week, but some people don’t have time to run through the entire story of Fallen Order before the release. Thanks to GameSpot though, we have a full breakdown of the story of Cal Kestis as well as the events of the tie-in book, Star Wars Jedi: Battle Scars.

In the above video, we break down and recap the full story from Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The video goes through the story beats from the main campaign from the introduction of Cal Kestis to the climactic ending at the Fortress Inquisitorius.
Basically Cal is a Jedi padawan during the time of the Clone Wars, and he’s been on the run ever since the clones attacked him and killed his master Jaro Tapal. When Cal becomes the target of the Sith Inquisitors who hunt Jedi, he finds himself teaming up with the crew of the Mantis on the run to find a Jedi holocron that is said to have the location of other Force-sensitive children.
The game has Cal rediscovering his Jedi training, and by the end, we see him fully committing to the cause against the Empire. We haven’t run into any official Rebel Alliance members yet, but I have a feeling they could be showing up this time in Survivor.
