So I wanted to cancel my Xbox Gamepass subscription after checking my bank balance and seeing I had been charged for this month. I don't use the service anymore, so I went in to cancel the subscription and get a refund, which every other subscription based service allows. However, I am getting a notification saying that my " You have already paid for your PC Game Pass subscription. It will expire automatically on 13/11/2023". I cancelled the subscription on the 14th, so it is saying my subscription ended yesterday.
Does anyone have any help with this or what this even means? I have already contacted Microsoft and Xbox support and as usual, they are useless. I have attached some screenshots for further clarification of the situation.
